This lovely room can be arranged as either a Superking or Twin bed arrangement and comes with a shower en-suite and walk in wardrobe for storage. Tea and coffee facilities, TV and internet access. This room overlooks our front garden and our Cherry Blossom Tree.

Children and babies

We do not accept children and babies as we do not have the facilities. Children over 12 years are welcome but the room can only be arranged as a twin room accomodating 1 x adult and 1 x child.

Breakfast

Weekdays - Monday to Friday - Continental is served from 07.30am - 9.30am. Full English (vegetarian sausages available) is served between 07.30 - 08.00am only.

The continental option includes: Fresh Fruit salad, a selection of yoghurts and cereals, Toast and either croissants or similar pastry. Fresh orange juice and Tea/Coffee.

 

Weekends - Saturday and Sunday (includes Bank Holidays) - Continental is served from 07.30am - 9.30am. Full English is served between 07.30am Saturday and Sunday from 08.30am - 9.30am only.

We offer an optional choice of English Cooked breakfast on the weekends. This includes a glass of fresh orange juice, premium pork/vegetarian sausages and bacon, free range egg (fried/scrambled/poached), baked beans, fried tomato, white/brown toast with English butter and tea/coffee.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.
1.    Payment : An initial deposit of £35.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your room, alternatively a debit or credit card no. can be held to secure the room. A balance payment is required on departure and preferred payment is method is by debit/credit card or cash is accepted 
2.    All taxes are included within the room rate
3.    Cancellation : If in the unlikely event you are forced to cancel your stay cancellation charges will apply.  Your deposit of £35.00 will be lost if cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to your arrival. If cancellation is received within 72 hours then you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the accommodation unless we are able to rebook the rooms.
4.    Occupancy: Due to fire regulations, under no circumstances shall the maximum accommodation of each room be exceeded in “Cherry Tree Bed and Breakfast”
5.    Children:  A single child ( over 12 years) is welcome but will be charged at the same rate as an adult.
6.    Pets: Although we are great animal lovers ourselves, in the interests (hygiene/safety) of other guests we are unable to accept pets.
7.    Smoking: In the interests (hygiene/safety) we are a non-smoking premises throughout the property.
8.    Checking in and checking out: Check in is between 4:30pm & 7.00pm on your day of arrival. To enable to us to keep our rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and for the convenience of new guests arriving, it would be greatly appreciated if rooms could be vacated by 10:15am on your day of departure.
9.    Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience whether to person or property which you or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of the letting
10.    Information: We strive to keep all information supplied on this web site and in other literature and publications both accurate and up-to-date.
